About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Chakaap, a product of Stratek Nepal Pvt. Ltd. ("Stratek", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your institution.
Early access
Chakaap is in early access. Features are being rolled out over the coming weeks and may change. We set up each early-access account with you and will tell you what is available for your plan.
Plans and payment
- Solve is free. Sync costs NPR 3,999 plus 13% VAT (NPR 4,518.87 in total) for 30 days, paid by Fonepay QR to Stratek Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
- A plan starts after we confirm your payment. One payment covers 30 days; paying again before it ends adds 30 days.
- Nothing renews automatically. If you do not renew, the paid plan pauses.
- If we cannot confirm or activate a payment you made, we refund it. Prices may change for future periods; we will show the new price before you pay.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password safe and tell us if your account is misused.
- Only send Chakaap information you are allowed to process, and follow the laws that apply to your institution.
- Review AI-prepared work before relying on it. Chakaap prepares and records work; decisions stay with your people.
- Do not misuse the service, attack it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our responsibilities
We take reasonable care to keep Chakaap available and your information secure, as described in our privacy notice. During early access the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability or results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed we delete or return your institution's data as described in the privacy notice.
